Biography
​
Jude Chukwuebuka Ugwuoke is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration & Public Policy in the Department of Political Science at Auburn University, where he focuses on nonprofits and applied research. He is also pursuing an MSc in Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University (2024–2026), earned an MSc in Economics from Auburn University (2021), and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2016).

His research interests include nonprofits and the health sector, education, and political participation; public opinion; environmental policy; civil-military relations and human rights; economic development; nonprofit management; and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Prior to his doctoral studies, Jude served as an investment analyst at the Bayelsa State Development and Investment Corporation where he analyzed financial data to guide investment decisions, managed budgeting and performance analysis, and supported organizational growth strategies.
